Improving Global Police System- Global Intelligence Radio Movement

We hear stories about how police treat black people in America and other parts of the world
🌎 , now we hear how black people cage black people in other police department in other countries which leadership is blacks. They don't use normal holding cell at the police station they use a cage without a toilet to hold a suspect and we know that's not in line with human rights.. How do global communities improve this system
