Keir Giles on Ukraine, Russia and the threat that Russia poses on the West

Keir Giles is an expert on the Russian military and has written multiple books and guides on the the Russian military and Russian disinformation. We had a chance to sit down for a talk at the Summer School of Rhetoric.

We talked about the war in Ukraine, Ukrainean drone strikes into Russia and what the situation is going in to the summer of '25. We also talked about the threat that Russia poses on Europe, the disinformation sphere as well as the UK's new defence review.

What does the state and future defence and security in terms of Nato, Europe or Russia look like to you?

Who Will Defend Europe is Keir Giles' latest book, check it out!
